Chocolate Fudgy Peppermint Brownies Recipe

1/2 cup butter softened

ā1 cup sugar

ā1 tsp vanilla extract

ā2 eggs

ā1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup all purpose flour or gluten-free baking flour)

ā1/2 cup cocoa powder
-
ā1 box Seeās Dark or Milk
-
Peppermints, chopped
-
1/2 bag of Seeās Candies
-
Peppermint Twists
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ĀŗF. Prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan by lightly spraying it with nonstick cooking spray and/or lining it with parchment paper.

Whisk together the butter and sugar until combined. Mix in the vanilla and the eggs, one at a time.

Mix in the baking soda and salt.

Add the flour and cocoa powder. Mix until batter forms.

Fold in the chopped Seeās Candies Chocolate Peppermints. PourĀ batter into prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.

While baking for 10 minutes, crush or cut Seeās Candies Peppermint Twists. Sprinkle on top of the brownies.

Bake again for 15 minutes for a total of 25 minutes bake time.

Add any remaining crushed Seeās Candies Peppermint TwistsĀ on top. Let cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
