What a year! We’ve gotten through a lot together, and See’s is looking forward to bringing joy to you, your families, friends, and colleagues. While we can all agree we’re looking forward to 2021, what better way would there be to end 2020 than by spreading some cheer?
With the holiday season approaching, we’re busy preparing our American made, delicious candies and holiday gifts. We are working hard to pack and ship orders quickly, but we know that during this unprecedented year there will be delays due to capacity limits with our carriers. To address the “new normal” in 2020, I’ve been committed to transparency and communication with you, our dedicated and faithful customers. That’s why I want to make sure you’re ready for the holiday rush, so you can fully experience the joy of See’s this season.
As you may have heard, shipping carriers are forecasting a record number of home deliveries throughout November and December. This means they will not guarantee delivery dates. Because we know how important See’s is to your traditions, we strongly encourage you to start holiday shopping earlier than normal. It is important to us that you, your family and friends enjoy all of the See’s you know and love this season! We are making adjustments and increasing production to do everything in our power to get your favorites sent out this year.
Starting today, November 16, our Holiday, Christmas, and Hanukkah candies are available to purchase online, in shops, and through our contactless pick-up service, Click → Pick → Go. We hope these convenient options help you take care of everyone on your holiday list. A simple gift of our delicious chocolates and candies will mean more than ever this year.
For nearly 100 years, we’ve been committed to producing quality candies without compromise and providing the best possible customer service. I am reaching out today because we don’t want to disappoint you. We know how important our holiday treats are to you, and now more than ever, we want to make sure you get what you need from See’s.
I also want to thank you for adapting with us to these unique circumstances. Quality of our product and the commitment to our employees and customers is what drives our business. To ensure the safety of our employees, we’ve adjusted how we make and sell candy. While your favorite piece may look a little different this year, the quality and taste is exactly the same. We’ve also made changes to our shop experience by enhancing protocols. But don’t worry, we still offer samples when you visit, and now they are even individually wrapped. Our goal is to provide you with the best candy, and the best service possible, while maintaining a safe environment.
