Sugar Free Milk Bars is rated out of 5 by 47.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Ycks12 from Didn’t spike my mothers blood sugar! Not as sweet as regular milk chocolate, but not nearly as bitter as dark chocolate. But most importantly it didn’t spike my mothers blood sugar and didn’t leave a weird after taste. (She hasn’t eaten an entire bar, but one square had no effect on her sugar levels.)

Rated 1 out of 5 by KarinC from Does not describe this sugar free product I bought 3 pkgs of these along w other sugar free products. These “milk chocolate” bars taste just like semi sweet chocolate. They should definitely NOT be called “milk chocolate”! I do NOT like them @ all & wish I hadn’t paid all that money for these!

Rated 5 out of 5 by KFaz from Tastes great! I bought this hoping it would taste like a "real" candy bar. I was not disappointed! I feel like I can have a treat now without spiking my blood sugar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Valarie from To the people who said not sugar free I've tested this on more than 30 people at 1,2 3 and 6 hours after eating a bar and the blood sugar never spikes. The sugar alcohol is subtracted from the carb count, so the whole bar is like 1-3 carbs, I can't remember but it was 100% below 5 carbs for the whole bar. The only side effect we had was some gas, but nothing uncomfortable. This sees bar is the best sugar free milk chocolate I've ever had (though to be honest Im excited to try Godiva's sugar free version too). The whole point of sugar free it to keep the body from spiking glucose levels and this doesn't spike... So go ahead, get one bar and try it to see for yourself. I love the make low carb sugar free chocolate chip cookies with these bars and almond flour, gelatin powder and allulose. Chop the bars up into little squares and mix in like normal chocolate chunks, delish. I wish 4 bars wasn't $10, and the bars aren't small but on the smaller side of normal... Anyway, try it, so good! Sorry if there's typos... My 18 month old is all over my lap and It won't let me go back and edit!

Rated 1 out of 5 by kk123 from do not do sugar free!! read the ingredients on the back of the bar. the first ingredient I cannot even pronounce! definitely go for the regular sugar bar so your body knows how to handle it! sugar free is made with so many chemicals. I bought sugar free and read the back and immediately returned it for a regular one.
