Lemon Cake
- Lemon Cake Mix
- 1/2 pound See’s Toffee-ettes - coarsely ground
- 1/2 pound See’s Peanut Brittle - coarsely ground
- 2 cups whipping cream – whipped with 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Bake cake according to box instructions. Mix whipped cream, toffee, and peanut brittle. Frost between layers and the outside of the cake. Serve chilled.
