POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This IT position is responsible for business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, Oracle configuration, testing, performance, documentation and ongoing support.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary application IT contact for HR and Payroll business unit.
Provide on-going, day-to-day Oracle HR/Payroll application support to the HR and Payroll departments. This role has the sole responsibility for the proper functioning and performance of the Oracle HR/Payroll application. Will work with internal and external functional and technology support providers to meet these responsibilities.
Collect, list and prioritize desired system changes.
Work with business unit to execute approved change requests. Includes business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, Oracle configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, performance validation, documentation and post-live support.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST BASED IN SAN FRANCISCO, CA
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This field-based position is responsible for developing new customers to increase See's Quantity Discount (QD) market base through the sale of products and programs for fund raising, employee and sales incentives, corporate gift giving and promotional purposes.
The position covers the San Francisco Bay geographic area.
Cold calling experience is a MUST.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increases the number of new Quantity Discount customers for fund raising, employee and sales incentives and corporate gift giving programs through face to face sales calls on new potential customers in geographic areas designated by the Quantity Discount Director and Field Sales Manager.
Assists certain Account Executives (A/Es) with implementation of territory sales plans to achieve targeted sales goals. May coordinate the execution of a territory sales plan in an assigned QD shop through communication with the QD Sales Manager and QD store managers.
Assists certain A/Es with coordination of phone/mail campaigns for a territory, in conjunction with the Customer Service Telephone Supervisor.
May be assigned overall responsibility for any A/E territory during A/E absences, or other special circumstances.
Provides customer service assistance to potential and existing customers and maintains positive working relationships with Customer Service Bureau, Quantity Discount Shop and Product Distribution staff to ensure customers' satisfaction.
Maintains a thorough working knowledge of See's products, programs and corresponding marketing and support materials for all Quantity Discount, Retail and Mail Order programs and products.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% of the workweek, including out of state travel. Travel will mostly be within the San Francisco Bay Area.

PACKING DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR BASED IN DALY CITY, CA
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position supervises the packing staff and ensures product is correctly packaged and wrapped, including scheduling to ensure sufficient product supply to selling department. May require working on night shift during peak seasons.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the supervision of packing staff, including training and development of forepersons and performance management in compliance with union contract.
Assists in the development, implementation and monitoring of inventory and schedules to ensure schedule is completed. Assists Packing Managers with scheduling when necessary to assure availability of products on inventory. Inputs or modifies schedules using the Packing Department scheduling system.
Monitors general packing operations and quality of product and packaging. Monitors machine operations.
Assists in computer input and departmental record-keeping. Monitors product ordering through the WMS system.
Participates, implements and provides leadership with the See's safety GMP and QWC programs.
Maintains communication within Packing, PSG and to Selling Divisions.
Completes special projects as assigned by the department management personnel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong people management, communication, motivational, and customer service skills.

WAREHOUSE AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGER BASED IN CARSON, CA
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The purpose of this position is to manage the receiving, storage and distribution of all raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products in the warehouse and manufacturing areas. Also manages the inbound and outbound distribution of products and materials for See's retail shops, licensees, and seasonal gift centers. Oversees the corporate fleet of vehicles.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the storage and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies in support of the manufacturing, packing, and order processing functions.
Maintains the integrity of the product and supply inventory in all warehouse locations. Responsible for the accuracy of Sonictrack Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Supervises freight forwarders, contract and common carriers for on-time distribution to the regional, national, and international network of shops and licensees. Evaluates and assists in carrier selection and pricing for regions outside of California. Approves carrier invoices.
Responsible for all warehouse personnel, including training and development of management, supervisory, and hourly employees. Manages in accordance with the Teamster union contract.
Coordinates the activities of the Shipping Department within the PSG and other departments. Develops, implements, and enforces SOP's for inventory and shipment accuracy, product integrity.
Develops and maintains labor and expense budgets for the department. Develops and reports KPI's (quality of handling, productivity, accuracy, and safety) for continuous improvement.
Develops and communicates department schedules during holiday and non-holiday seasons. Works in conjunction with SF Shipping on intercompany shipments. Advises Shop Operations on weekly holiday and non-holiday shop delivery schedules.
Directly responsible for the maintenance of the corporate fleet of cars, vans, and warehouse equipment. Oversees contracts associated with transportation and warehouse equipment.
