| Q. As an employee of a company that has qualified for the discount, can I place my order on line and receive the discount? |
A. We require proof of employment. Therefore, you should call or fax your order in along with a copy of your work identification, work badge or current check stub within the last 4 weeks. You may black out all of the confidential information on the check stub. We just need to see the company name, your name, and the pay period.
Once your account has been established as discount qualified and placed in a discount-qualified status, you may place your order online. |

| Q. Do you need my company's address or my home address for Discount Eligibility? |
| A. Yes, we do need the company's address. It will aid in our search as the company name may be entered in our system in various ways. There may also be companies with similar names the companies address will help us to narrow the search. |

| Q. Can we mix the programs to come up with a minimum order of $547.40? |
A. If you are ordering from our Standard Fundraising program and from our Holiday or Candy Bar programs, you must purchase a minimum order from one program. You may then add any number of items or cartons from any of the other programs.
For example, if you purchase 5 cartons from our candy bar program, you may add any number of items from our Standard Fundraising program.

| Q. Do you ship Quantity Discount Orders internationally? |
| A. We do not ship Quantity Discount Orders internationally, however, you may order the product through our mail order department. If the retail price of the product only totals $750.00, you will receive the discount on the candy however, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges. |

| Q. Do you ship Quantity Discount Orders to APO or FPO Addresses? |
| A. We cannot ship Quantity Discount orders to APO or FPO addresses. However, you may place your order through our Mail Order Department. If the total of the items that are available on the Quantity Discount Program is $750.00 or more, you will receive the discount on the candy but you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges. |

| Q. Do I pay tax on my quantity discount order? |
A. If you are placing a Quantity Discount order for gifts or a group purchase and are located in a state where we have a presence, you are required to pay tax. The states where tax is applicable are listed on the order form.
We do not charge tax on candy orders being delivered in the state of California.

| Q. Do you write the names of the bride and groom on your wedding favor boxes or ribbons? |
A. No, we don't provide a service that prints the names of the bride and groom on our wedding favor boxes. You may wish to print clear labels and stick them on the boxes.
We don't provide a service that offers ribbons with the names of the bride and groom printed on them. Our 1-piece and 2-piece boxes appear to have a thin ribbon around the opposite ends of the boxes. It is not an actual ribbon. It is part of the embossing.

| Q. Can I pick the pieces that I want in the Promotional and Amenities Boxes? |
| A. The 1-piece boxes are packed with Truffles only. If you would like to pick one or two different pieces, we will be happy to accommodate you. Our 2 piece boxes are packed with Assorted Chocolates only and the 4 piece and 1/4 pounds boxes are packed to a formula. |

| Q. Can I use Gift Certificates to pay for my Quantity Discount Order? |
A. If you wish to use your gift certificates for a Quantity Discount Order, you will receive a 1-pound standard ready packed box of candy for a 1-pound Gift Certificate or the gift certificate will be redeemed at the discount price of a one pound box of candy.
It is best if you use your gift certificate in our retail shops. You may purchase a custom packed box of candy or use them for the full retail value for items that are not available through the Quantity Discount program.

| Q. Can I purchase from different programs to create minimum order? |
| A. Yes. You can meet the minimum order for qualifying in any one program or by combining multiple programs. 50% Fundraising items must be ordered in full cartons.
